April 27, 2013 Horse Show One Fantastic Day!!

Congratulations and thank you to everyone who participated in The Ranchette Veley Equestrian Center April 27, 2013 Horse Show! The weather was perfect, the horses were excited to show and many, many riders rode their "personal best" that day! That's what a show is really all about!! A big thank you to Judge Frank Callagee, Head Volunteer Kristin Chanter, Dressage Scribe and Scorer Doris Johnson, Art Judge Pat Brown and Facility Manager Ron Veley. A special thank you to our 1978 Kentucky Derby Reenactment Participants: Announcer and Choir Director Hannah Rahilly, vocalist Beth Cuthsall, bugle player Cierra Tischler, outrider Amber Foster and her mount Worth the Wait (Katie), "Affirmed" played by Mijn Genezer (Elliott) and Jockey Steve Cauthen played by Gail Veley. Thank you, too, to the whole audience for singing My Old Kentucky Home!! That was so much fun!
